Shipping costs are never included in buying prices.

For express deliveries up to 30 kg – please contact us.

Other express companies can be used on request such as Fedex, Ups or DHL.

Tracking

Your items are sent with a tracking number.

Once the order has been dispatched it can take up to 24 hours to appear on the system.

You can find your tracking number in our after sales email.


To track your package:

1. Go to Track & Trace – TNT
2. Choose your language and enter you tracking number.
3. You will be able to review your package(s) in the Overview.


Note:

– International orders may be subject to customs’ clearance procedures that can cause delays in delivery.


Find a Missing Package

While most packages arrive on time, occasionally delays can occur.

If your package shows as delivered, but you haven’t received it yet:
1. Contact shall be rescheduled
2. Check if someone else accepted the delivery (neighbors)
3. Check the delivery location
4. Check for a notice of attempted delivery
5. Contact your local TNT office
6. Contact us – so we can launch a “Search & Find” procedure
